     Our Mission

Balıkesir University's mission, strategic goals, and working principles, as well as its commitment to scientific ethics, are based on Atatürk's principles and revolutions, the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, and relevant legislation. Our mission is to ensure the training of qualified scientists and professionals needed by our country and universities in the social sciences. We also foster the necessary environment for research, knowledge generation, transfer, sharing, and publication. We also strive to enhance the prestige of science by carrying out our activities in accordance with the principles of community service, participation, respect for human values, harmony with the environment, cooperation, and continuous development.
